10 Best Automatic Pet Feeders 2026 in the United States

The PETLIBRO RFID Cat Feeders come as a pair designed specifically for homes with two cats, making it a strong choice for pet owners managing multiple pets with different dietary needs. Each feeder uses RFID collar tags to recognize and serve only the assigned cat, which helps prevent food stealing and supports personalized meal portions. With a capacity of 3 liters per feeder, it holds a good amount of dry food, suitable for daily feeding. You can program up to 10 meals a day with precise portion control, allowing you to manage your cats’ diet closely.

The feeders are powered by corded electricity, so you won’t need to worry about changing batteries, but this also means you need to place them near a power outlet. The materials include sturdy plastics and stainless steel bowls, which are removable for easy cleaning, though the feeder base and RFID reader should not be washed with water to avoid damage. The airtight lid system helps keep the kibble fresh longer, which is a nice touch for food quality.

Smart features stand out here: the Petlibro app allows real-time monitoring of each cat’s eating habits, feeding logs, and remote scheduling via Wi-Fi, which works on both 2.4 and 5GHz bands. This helps busy owners stay on top of feeding times and portion sizes even when away from home. The feeders only work with the included RFID collar tags, so they aren’t compatible with microchip-based recognition. These feeders are an excellent choice for cat owners needing to feed two pets independently with customized diets and appreciate smart monitoring. Their reliability, smart scheduling, and anti-theft design are strong points, though the requirement for specific collar tags and corded power may limit flexibility for some users.

The PETLIBRO Automatic Dog Feeder with Camera is a great choice for pet owners who want a hands-off feeding solution with smart features. It has a 5-liter capacity, suitable for small to medium pets and enough to cover multiple meals before refilling. Portion control is flexible, allowing you to schedule up to 10 meals a day and adjust the amount of food per meal via an easy-to-use app. This is handy if you want to keep your pet on a strict feeding schedule or control their diet.

A standout feature is the stainless steel slow-feed bowl, designed to slow down your pet's eating to prevent choking or indigestion, which is a smart addition especially for pets that eat too quickly. Cleaning is simple since the bowl is dishwasher safe and rust-resistant. The built-in 1080P HD camera with night vision and two-way audio helps you keep an eye on your pet and interact with them remotely, which adds peace of mind if you're away from home. The feeder connects reliably over 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi, and you can receive alerts if food is running low, so you won’t forget to refill.

The feeder runs on corded electric power but includes a battery backup option to keep feeding on schedule during power outages (batteries not included). It also has an anti-blockage system to ensure food dispenses smoothly without jams. The feeder is best suited for small dogs and cats due to its bowl size and capacity, so larger breeds might need a bigger feeder. While the app is convenient, some users might find setting up WiFi or cloud storage subscriptions a bit tricky if they aren’t comfortable with technology. Batteries for backup need to be purchased separately. This feeder fits well for pet owners who want smart control, safety features like slow feeding, and remote monitoring, especially for smaller pets. It combines convenience with thoughtful design, though it may not be ideal if you have a very large dog or prefer a completely battery-operated device.

The PETLIBRO Automatic Wet Cat Feeder is designed to keep wet cat food fresh for up to three days thanks to its semiconductor cooling technology, which is rare in feeders and great for busy pet owners or short trips. It smartly warms food to near room temperature before mealtime, which can help sensitive cats eat comfortably. The 5-liter capacity is generous, allowing multiple meals to be stored at once, and portion control is flexible through the PETLIBRO app, where you can schedule feedings, serve meals instantly, or monitor feeding remotely. This app control requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection, which works well but limits use if you only have 5GHz networks at home.

The feeder uses a corded electric power source, so it needs to be placed near an outlet. Built with a stainless steel bowl, it’s hygienic and easy to clean—dishwasher safe too—helping reduce issues like cat acne from dirty food dishes. The plastic casing is durable and designed with safety in mind, including sensors to prevent accidental pinching when your cat approaches. However, it’s a bit on the heavier side at nearly 4 pounds and somewhat bulky, which might limit placement options.

This feeder is a strong option for cat owners who want fresh wet food kept safe and easily managed with smart controls, especially if you have a cat with a sensitive stomach or a busy schedule. Just be sure you have a compatible Wi-Fi setup and a convenient spot near power.
