10 Best Bissell Carpet Vacuums 2026 in the United States

The Bissell Little Green Pet Deluxe Portable Carpet Cleaner is a compact and versatile option for those who need to tackle pet stains and odors on carpets, upholstery, and car interiors. With powerful suction, it effectively removes tough spots and stains. Its large 48 oz. tank capacity allows for extended cleaning without frequent refills, making it convenient for larger messes.

The product is also highly portable, weighing 9.7 pounds, which makes it easy to maneuver around the house or take it outside to clean your car. Additionally, it includes useful tools and formulas such as the 3" Tough Stain Tool and Pet OXY Boost for enhanced cleaning efficiency.

One significant advantage is that it supports the BISSELL Pet Foundation, so each purchase contributes to a good cause. On the downside, being a portable unit, it might not be suitable for cleaning large carpeted areas thoroughly. It is best for spot cleaning rather than deep cleaning entire rooms. Also, the power cord limits mobility compared to cordless options.

The BISSELL Little Green Multi-Purpose Portable Carpet Cleaner is a popular and trusted choice for spot and small carpet cleaning jobs. It offers strong suction power with a corded design that helps lift and remove many common stains and messes effectively. The cleaner uses a triple action formula combined with a scrubbing brush to deeply clean carpets and upholstery without just spreading dirt around. It has a decent-sized 48-ounce clean water tank, allowing you to clean more in one go without frequent refills.

While it doesn’t have a traditional brush roll like some larger carpet vacuums, the included 3-inch tough stain tool focuses on scrubbing tough spots, making it great for targeted cleaning rather than large area jobs. Weighing just under 10 pounds, it is light enough to carry and maneuver easily around furniture and stairs. However, the small water tanks limit its use to smaller areas or spot cleaning rather than whole-room carpet cleaning.

The vacuum also includes helpful attachments like a trial-size cleaning formula and a self-cleaning tool, which add convenience. Its filtration system is basic but sufficient for its purpose, capturing dirt and debris during cleaning. This model is ideal for pet owners or households needing a portable, deep cleaner for occasional or spot cleaning rather than a heavy-duty carpet vacuum for large surfaces.
