10 Best Horse Fly Sheet 2026 in the United States

The Horseware® Rambo® Protector Fly Sheet is designed to offer solid protection against flies while also shielding your horse from harmful UV rays, thanks to its built-in UV protection feature. Made from a cotton blend fabric, it ensures good breathability, which helps keep your horse comfortable in warmer weather. The sheet includes thoughtful features like a V-front closure and straight surcingles that provide a secure and adjustable fit, along with dual leg arches and a tail strap to keep the sheet in place during movement. The detachable hood adds extra coverage for sensitive areas like the horse’s head and neck, and the sheet is compatible with liners if you want added warmth or protection.

Weighing around 3 pounds and machine washable, it’s convenient for regular use and care. The 78-inch size fits most average horses comfortably, though it’s important to double-check measurements for your specific horse to ensure the best fit. Although the material is durable enough for regular turnout, it may not withstand heavy rubbing or very rough use as well as some heavier-duty fly sheets.

This sheet is an excellent option for horse owners seeking reliable fly protection with UV defense and comfortable breathability, particularly in moderate weather and casual turnout settings.
