10 Best Paint By Numbers Kits 2026 in the United States

This 4 Pack Paint by Numbers kit is a solid choice for adults and beginners looking for a relaxing and creative hobby. Each canvas is a convenient 8x12 inches, framed with wood and ready to hang or display on the included wooden easel, which helps prevent wrinkling and makes showcasing your work easy. The canvases use a special high-definition color print that clearly separates areas to paint, reducing eye strain during longer sessions. You get four framed landscapes inspired by national parks, offering pleasant nature-themed designs that are engaging without being too complex—suitable for those new to paint-by-numbers.

The kit includes high-quality acrylic paints that don’t require color mixing, simplifying the process, along with eight brushes that cover various strokes well enough for detailed work. The instructions are straightforward, making it accessible for beginners, and the set encourages a shared activity, potentially strengthening bonds between friends or couples.

A limitation is the relatively small canvas size, which might not satisfy those looking for larger or more intricate projects. Also, while the brushes are decent quality, they may not meet the expectations of very experienced painters wanting professional-grade tools. The paint selection is fixed, so creativity is guided rather than freeform. Customer support is responsive, which is reassuring if you encounter any issues. This paint-by-numbers set provides good materials and ease of use, making it ideal for beginners or casual painters who want a ready-to-display project without fuss.

The Yezavesu Framed Paint by Numbers Kit is a great choice for beginners and kids aged 8-12 who want an easy, ready-to-go painting experience. The canvas comes pre-stretched and framed on wood, which means it stays wrinkle-free and ready to hang once completed—no extra setup needed. The 12x12 inch size is compact, making it suitable for small spaces or a quick creative session without feeling overwhelming. It uses acrylic paints that are known for their vibrant colors and quick drying time, which works well for this type of kit.

Included are three brushes of different sizes, which provide some flexibility in painting details and larger areas, though the brushes are basic and may not satisfy more experienced painters looking for premium tools. The design theme centers around a book and flowers, offering a charming and decorative outcome ideal for home wall decor or as a thoughtful gift. The difficulty level is geared towards beginners, so it’s accessible even if you’re new to paint-by-numbers or art in general.

A possible downside is the relatively small canvas size, which might limit the detail or challenge that some adult hobbyists seek. Also, while the kit provides hooks for easy hanging, it does not include an easel, so if you prefer painting upright, you might need to set up your own support. Customer reviews are positive, reflecting satisfaction with the quality and ease of use. This kit fits well for those looking for a stress-free, beginner-friendly painting project that doubles as attractive home decor. It’s especially good for kids and adults who want a creative activity without complications. However, if you want a larger canvas or higher-end brushes, you might want to look at other options.

The 4 Pack Framed DIY Paint by Numbers Kit for Adults is a beginner-friendly option for those interested in arts and crafts. With four 8x8 inch canvases featuring simple fruit patterns, this kit is designed to be accessible to beginners, requiring no prior painting skills. The pre-printed, high-definition linen canvases and clearly numbered sections ease the painting process and reduce eye strain, making for a comfortable experience.

The acrylic paints included are of good quality, with strong opacity to cover lines and figures, and are easy to wash off with soap and water, ensuring safety and convenience. The kit also comes with all necessary tools, so there's no need to purchase additional materials. This makes it an ideal gift for various occasions, encouraging creativity and spending quality time with family or friends.

This kit is particularly well-suited for beginners or those looking for a relaxing, creative activity without requiring specialized skills. While the simple and cute fruit designs appeal to beginners, those seeking more complex or varied themes might find the options limited. The size of the canvas at 8x8 inches is compact, which is great for small projects but might not be suitable for those looking for larger artworks.
