10 Best Softest Toilet Paper 2026 in the United States

Charmin Ultra Soft Cushiony Touch is designed to deliver a very soft and comfortable experience, which fits well with what you'd expect from one of the softest toilet papers available. It is 2-ply, meaning it has two layers for extra softness and strength. The material is described as ultra-soft, and it uses a special cushiony texture with wavy edges, making it gentle on the skin and easier to tear along the perforations. Each roll is quite large, offering 267 sheets and the pack includes 24 rolls, which is good if you want to stock up and reduce trips to the store. The sheets are also 2 times more absorbent, which helps with efficiency and means you might use less per visit.

It is unscented, making it suitable for those sensitive to fragrances. Additionally, it’s safe for plumbing and septic systems, reducing the risk of clogs. On the downside, it’s a premium product, so it might be more expensive than basic brands. Also, while 2-ply is soft, some may prefer 3-ply for an even thicker feel, though that usually costs more.

This product suits anyone prioritizing softness and comfort, especially families or users who value a large bulk supply without scented additives.

Angel Soft Toilet Paper offers a blend of softness and strength, making it a suitable choice for everyday use. With 48 Mega Rolls equivalent to 192 regular rolls, it minimizes the frequency of roll changes, which is convenient for larger households. The 2-ply construction provides a good balance between softness and durability, ensuring that the tissue doesn't fall apart easily during use. Additionally, the unscented and dye-free nature of the paper makes it a safer option for individuals with sensitive skin or allergies.

Each roll contains 320 sheets, contributing to a substantial total sheet count of 15,360 in the pack, which is economical and reduces the need for frequent repurchasing. The material is sustainably sourced and septic-safe, which is a plus for those concerned about environmental impact. However, some users might find the 2-ply less plush compared to higher-ply options available on the market.

While the product is marketed to provide an ideal mix of softness and strength, individual preferences for texture and quilting may vary. Angel Soft Toilet Paper is a solid choice for those seeking an affordable, eco-friendly, and reliable toilet paper option.

The Georgia-Pacific Angel Soft Toilet Paper offers a combination of softness and strength with its 2-ply thickness. Each roll contains 450 sheets, making it a generous and cost-effective option for households or businesses in need of bulk supplies. Additionally, it is septic safe, ensuring it won't cause issues in well-maintained sewer and septic systems. Since it is made from sustainably sourced trees, it is also an eco-friendly choice. However, being a bulk product, the sheet texture might not be as luxurious as some high-end brands.
