9 Best Allerease Mattress Protector 2026 in the United States

The AllerEase Ultimate Allergy Protection and Comfort Zippered Mattress Protector is designed to shield your mattress from spills, stains, and allergens while keeping you comfortable through the night. Its top layer is made of quiet cotton that feels soft and natural, avoiding scratchy or noisy surfaces common with some protectors. Beneath the cotton lies a waterproof barrier that reliably protects your mattress from liquids, which is handy if you want to prevent damage and stains. It also features temperature balancing technology that helps wick away moisture and regulate heat, making it suitable for various climates or sleepers who tend to get hot or sweaty.

The fit is secured by elastic corners and a zipper, ensuring it stays snug on mattresses up to 15 inches deep, including king size, which helps keep the protector in place without bunching. Cleaning is straightforward since it’s machine washable and can handle hot water and non-chlorine bleach, making it easier to maintain allergen protection and freshness.

The protector is made from polyester with a cotton surface, which might not feel as breathable as natural fiber-only covers, possibly affecting airflow if you prioritize maximum breathability. Also, while the cotton top reduces noise, some users might still notice a slight crinkle compared to plain fabric protectors. This mattress protector is an excellent choice for allergy sufferers and anyone needing waterproof mattress defense with a comfortable, quiet feel and convenient care.

The AllerEase Platinum Zip-Off Top Waterproof Mattress Protector is a solid choice for anyone looking to protect their full-size mattress from allergens, spills, and bed bugs. Its standout feature is the 360-degree zipper, which makes it easy to install and remove the top section for washing without taking off the entire cover. The plush knit fabric on top feels soft and comfortable, adding a cozy layer rather than a plastic-like barrier. It also helps regulate temperature by wicking away moisture when you’re warm and providing some insulation when you’re cooler.

The waterproof backing guards your mattress against spills and stains quietly, without the crinkly noise that some protectors have. It fits a full mattress size well, thanks to elastic bands that keep the protector snug even when the top is zipped off. For people sensitive to allergens or worried about bed bugs, this protector’s sealed seams and zipper barrier offer extra peace of mind. Cleaning is straightforward since the top fabric is machine washable separately, making maintenance simpler.

While the protector is water resistant, it may not be fully waterproof against heavy liquid exposure over time. Also, some users might find the plush top slightly warmer than basic cotton covers. This protector balances comfort and protection effectively, making it especially suited for adults wanting both allergy defense and a soft sleep surface.

The AllerEase Waterproof Mattress Protector is a solid choice for those looking to protect their mattress from allergens and spills. One of its standout features is the Purely Clean Pro technology, which effectively blocks 99.9% of household allergens from penetrating the fabric and accumulating in the mattress. This makes it highly beneficial for allergy sufferers. Additionally, its waterproof layer offers reliable protection against spills and stains, ensuring the mattress stays clean and dry.

The protector is available in various sizes, with elastic corners providing a snug fit for mattresses up to 17 inches deep, which is great for those with larger beds. It also features a zippered closure that enhances its ability to keep allergens out. However, while the polyester material is effective for waterproofing and allergen protection, it may not be as breathable as natural fabrics, potentially causing some discomfort for hot sleepers. Noise level is generally low, but some users might notice a slight crinkling sound due to the waterproof layer.

On the plus side, it is machine washable, simplifying the cleaning process. The product comes with a lifetime warranty, offering peace of mind regarding durability and quality. The AllerEase Waterproof Mattress Protector is particularly suitable for individuals who prioritize allergen protection and waterproofing while being easy to maintain.
